Strategy

The kits we created for Wright included important company dates and holidays, in addition to branded company materials such as scrubs, backpacks and more for employee use.

Outcome

Having the necessary knowledge and materials for a company is important as a new hire. We loved making the new transition for Wright Medical employees as smooth as possible, and to hear the difference it made for their first day or week.

“It meant everything to me to not only have all the materials I needed for my first day, but to have the personal touch added on,” said a new Wright Medical team member. “Transitions are always difficult, but receiving the onboarding kit was like a smile in a box.”
