DoubleTree by Hilton

We worked with DoubleTree by Hilton to develop a process for the hotels to receive all new, branded items going into the hotels. Although the hotels have the same type of items; the quantities needed, as well as sizes and styles can be different. First we were tasked with finding out what the hotels needed. Then, we received and stored the different hotel specific and non-specific items and, at appointed times during the rollout, we would ship pallets of items to the hotel.

Whether it’s assisting with logistics & fulfillment or executing a meeting or event, Behind the Scenes (BTS) always strives to support the objectives of any task at hand. No job is too big or too small.

In 2011, DoubleTree by Hilton launched a new, year-long, global rebranding initiative. I leveraged the expertise of BTS to handle the fulfillment of critical items that needed to be shipped to over 200 hotels worldwide. The rebranding initiative would not have been a success without the personal care and attention to detail provided by BTS.

Whether it has been a brand conference or the fulfillment of a global rebranding initiative, the services and customize handling delivered by BTS has been invaluable to our success.
