BTS goes to Dubai
In June, Behind the Scenes worked with the Hilton Worldwide Luxury Brands (Waldorf Astoria and Conrad) for their bi-annnual conference for their General Managers and Directors of Business Development. The conference, held in Dubai, UAE, had very specific goals.
One of which was to emphasize the importance of social media to the individual hotel leaders. With a conference hashtag, BTS moderated the social media feeds, approving items for the attendees visualization. The attendees were able to include tweets and Instagram feeds and see them instantly on screen.
For almost two hundred attendees including CEO, Global Heads of the brands, among others, we worked with the brand and the hotel to create an experience for the attendees at the level of what guests would receive at the Luxury hotels.
